We have 2 locations to serve our patients. Our main office is in Tuscany Plaza next to the Yuma Catholic High School on Avenue B and 28th Street.
Our other office is located on 24th Street across from AWC. Near Gila Ridge High School, Castle Dome Middle School and Desert Mesa Elementary School. This office serves our patients that live near those schools and the surrounding foothills area.
