Meet Dr. Cook

Dr. Cook is an experienced and highly skilled orthodontist who has dedicated his career to improving the lives of his patients. He is a proud father of four wonderful children, Carson, Taylor, Jared, and Rachel.

Growing up in Yuma, Arizona, Dr. Cook attended Pueblo Elementary, Crane Middle School, and Yuma High School where he walked the same halls that many of his patients do today. He then pursued a major in Zoology at Northern Arizona University and continued his education at Brigham Young University.

After college, Dr. Cook spent six weeks at Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia, in preparation for a commission in the United States Marine Corps. He then spent six additional years at the University of Louisville in Kentucky, earning his master’s degree in Oral Biology, a Doctorate in Dental Medicine, and a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics.

Dr. Cook's dedication to excellence and hard work paid off when he finished first in his class and earned honors nationally on his dental boards. He believes that with some hard work, anyone can make a positive contribution to the world, even if they come from a small town like Yuma.
